Initial Call: We talk about your goals and what you are looking to achieve.
Step 2:
Information Stage AKA the Paperwork Stage: We will send you a list of documents and information that we need in order to complete a pre-approval for you.
Step 3:
We review your situation against the options available from over 50 lenders to find the best product and rate that works for you.
Step 4:
Strategy Call: We hop on a call and talk about the different options and strategies that you should consider.
Step 5:
Once you decide on an option whether it be refinancing, renewing, purchasing I will help coordinate and make sure things go as smoothly as possible.
Step 6:
I run a referral based business so your referrals and testimonials mean the world to me.

After over 20 years experience in the Corporate world I made the leap into mortgages in 2020. This career change was fueled by a passion for personal finance, process improvement and dedication to customer experience.
